We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. We aim to make the return process easy and convenient for you.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items sold on our Site within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Some exceptions may apply, which will be noted below.
Exceptions to Return Policy
Non-returnable items: Certain items may be non-returnable, such as perishable goods, customized products, or items sold “as is.” These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Opened items: We cannot accept returns for opened items unless the item is defective or damaged.
Items damaged in return shipment: You are responsible for packing the item securely for return. We will not issue a refund for items damaged during return shipping.
How to Return an Item
Contact us by email at info@onestopgeneraltrading.com to initiate a return.
We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Ship the item back to the address we provide.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
